What else? The cocktailshaker Yuni Herremans is the master behind the bar – even for wines and beers. Every day between 17 and 19h Monroe serves the ‘Golden Hour’; three apero formulas with champaign and oysters. Oh yeah, on Saturdays and Sundays there is a big brunch menu!
